Accessibility
Last Updated Date: August 28, 2026
MNDZCO, LLC (“MNDZCO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website, digital experience, services, and events that are reasonably accessible to individuals with disabilities.
We believe access to information, education, research, consulting, events, meetups, and related opportunities should be provided in a manner that promotes meaningful participation and usability.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Technologies, accessibility standards, third-party platforms, user needs, and website content continue to evolve, and MNDZCO intends to evaluate and improve accessibility as appropriate.
1. OUR ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT
MNDZCO seeks to provide individuals with disabilities meaningful access to our website, information, services, and opportunities consistent with applicable accessibility laws and reasonable business practices.
Our accessibility efforts may include improving:
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Color contrast and visual readability
- Form labels and instructions
- Heading and content structure
- Keyboard accessibility
- Link descriptions
- Navigation consistency
- Responsive design and mobile usability
- Text readability
- Website compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies
Accessibility needs vary among individuals and technologies. No single technical approach can necessarily address every accessibility need in every circumstance.
2. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD
As part of our continuing accessibility efforts, MNDZCO seeks to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as an important technical reference where reasonably appropriate.
Our general objective is to improve accessibility toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles where reasonably practicable.
This statement of objective should not be interpreted as a representation, certification, or warranty that every page, feature, document, third-party integration, or piece of content currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion at all times.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and individual accessibility issues may arise as websites, technologies, content, and third-party services change.
3. ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES
Our website is intended to function with commonly used web browsers, devices, and assistive technologies.
Users may access the website using technologies such as:
- Browser accessibility settings
- Keyboard navigation
- Screen magnification
- Screen readers
- Speech-recognition software
- Text resizing
- Other assistive technologies supported by the user’s device or browser
The effectiveness of particular assistive technologies may depend upon the combination of hardware, software, operating system, browser, accessibility settings, and third-party technologies being used.
4. WEBSITE CONTENT
MNDZCO may periodically review website content and functionality for accessibility improvements.
When feasible and appropriate, we seek to structure digital content so that information can be understood and navigated by a broad range of users.
Because websites are continuously updated, accessibility issues may occasionally arise despite reasonable efforts to prevent them.
We encourage users to notify us when they encounter an accessibility barrier.
5. DIGITAL DOCUMENTS AND DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS
MNDZCO may provide PDFs, reports, presentations, research materials, educational resources, forms, or other downloadable documents.
We seek to improve the accessibility of important digital materials where reasonably practicable.
Some archived, historical, legacy, highly technical, or third-party documents may not be fully optimized for every assistive technology.
If you experience difficulty accessing a MNDZCO document, contact us and identify the material you need. We will evaluate reasonable options for providing the information in an accessible alternative format.
6. VIDEO, AUDIO, AND MULTIMEDIA
MNDZCO may provide videos, audio recordings, presentations, webinars, or other multimedia content.
Where reasonably appropriate, accessibility measures may include captions, transcripts, text descriptions, accessible supporting materials, or other methods of providing meaningful access.
Certain live, archived, third-party, or legacy media may not immediately contain every accessibility feature.
If you experience difficulty accessing important multimedia content, contact us for assistance.
7. FORMS AND DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS
MNDZCO may use online forms for:
- Contact requests
- Consulting inquiries
- Event registration
- Invitation requests
- Payments
- Privacy requests
- Service applications
- Other business interactions
We seek to make important forms reasonably understandable and usable.
If a disability prevents you from completing a form or digital transaction, contact MNDZCO so that we can evaluate an alternative method of providing access or completing the applicable process.
8. INVITATION-ONLY SERVICES
Certain MNDZCO services, programs, events, meetups, and opportunities are available by invitation only.
The invitation-only nature of a service does not change MNDZCO’s commitment to providing reasonable accessibility for eligible participants with disabilities.
Accessibility accommodations do not guarantee admission to an invitation-only service or waive legitimate eligibility, safety, conduct, capacity, payment, or participation requirements that apply equally according to applicable law.
9. EVENTS AND MEETUPS
MNDZCO may host or organize in-person, virtual, or hybrid events, meetings, workshops, gatherings, presentations, and meetups.
Individuals who require a disability-related accommodation for an event are encouraged to contact us as early as reasonably possible before the event.
Depending on the circumstances, reasonable accommodations may involve matters such as:
- Accessible communication
- Accessible seating or physical access
- Alternative-format materials
- Captioning or communication support
- Dietary information related to an accommodation
- Modification of certain participation procedures
- Other reasonable accessibility measures
Accommodation requests will be evaluated individually based on the nature of the request, the event, available resources, venue conditions, applicable law, and other relevant circumstances.
MNDZCO cannot guarantee that every requested accommodation will be available in every circumstance, but we will consider reasonable requests in good faith and seek appropriate solutions where required or reasonably practicable.
10. PHYSICAL VENUES
Some MNDZCO events may occur at hotels, restaurants, conference centers, offices, private facilities, rented spaces, or other independently operated venues.
Physical accessibility at such locations may depend in part on the venue owner or operator.
MNDZCO may work with venues and service providers regarding accessibility when reasonably necessary, but we do not control every aspect of independently operated property.
If you have a specific accessibility requirement for an event location, please contact us in advance so that we can evaluate the request and coordinate with the venue where appropriate.
11. VIRTUAL EVENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
MNDZCO may use third-party platforms for video conferencing, event registration, payment processing, communications, streaming, scheduling, document delivery, or other digital services.
Accessibility of those services may depend partly on the third-party provider.
MNDZCO does not control the underlying design or accessibility of every third-party technology.
Where reasonably appropriate, we may seek alternative methods of access when a material third-party accessibility barrier prevents an individual from accessing a MNDZCO service.
12. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Our website may contain embedded media, external links, plugins, widgets, social-media content, maps, payment systems, videos, or other materials provided by third parties.
MNDZCO does not control all aspects of third-party content and cannot guarantee that independently operated websites or technologies will satisfy a particular accessibility standard.
The presence of third-party content does not diminish our willingness to assist users who experience difficulty accessing information necessary to interact with MNDZCO.
13. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
MNDZCO will consider reasonable requests for disability-related accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
The appropriate accommodation may depend upon:
- The accessibility barrier encountered
- The nature of the service or event
- The requested accommodation
- Available technology
- Available alternatives
- Safety considerations
- Technical feasibility
- Applicable legal requirements
- Other relevant circumstances
Where more than one effective accommodation is available, MNDZCO may select an appropriate effective method consistent with applicable law.
14. ACCESSIBILITY ASSISTANCE
If you experience difficulty accessing information, using a feature of our website, completing a form, purchasing a service, accessing digital content, or participating in an event because of a disability, please contact MNDZCO.
When contacting us, please provide enough information for us to understand the accessibility barrier, including, where appropriate:
- The page, document, service, or event involved
- The accessibility issue encountered
- The assistive technology or browser involved, if relevant
- The information or service you are attempting to access
- A preferred method for us to contact you
You are not required to disclose unnecessary medical information merely to report an accessibility problem.
15. ACCESSIBLE ALTERNATIVES
When a digital accessibility barrier cannot immediately be corrected, MNDZCO may seek to provide an effective alternative method of obtaining the relevant information or service where reasonably appropriate.
An alternative method might include:
- Assistance by email
- Assistance by telephone or another appropriate communication method
- An alternative electronic document
- A different accessible format
- Direct assistance completing a process
- Other reasonable means of providing access
Providing an alternative method does not prevent MNDZCO from separately working to address the underlying accessibility issue.
16. ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK
Accessibility improvements benefit from feedback.
If you encounter an accessibility problem, we encourage you to tell us so that the issue can be evaluated.
When we receive a report, MNDZCO may review the affected content or functionality and determine an appropriate response based on the nature and severity of the issue, applicable law, technical feasibility, and available solutions.
17. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Accessibility is not treated as a one-time project.
MNDZCO may periodically review and improve:
- Content practices
- Digital documents
- Forms
- New website features
- Navigation
- Third-party technology selection
- Website design and development
- Other accessibility-related practices
We may update our accessibility practices as standards, technologies, legal requirements, and recognized best practices evolve.
18. ACCESSIBILITY TOOLS AND OVERLAYS
MNDZCO may use accessibility tools or technologies to supplement the accessibility of its website.
No automated tool, plugin, widget, overlay, or software solution can by itself guarantee complete accessibility for every user, technology, disability, or website feature.
Accordingly, the use of an accessibility tool does not replace reasonable attention to the accessibility of underlying website content and functionality.
19. BROWSER AND TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS
Users may experience different results depending on their:
- Assistive technology
- Browser
- Browser extensions
- Device
- Internet connection
- Operating system
- Software configuration
Maintaining current browser and assistive-technology versions may improve compatibility, although users are not required to use any particular technology merely to contact MNDZCO about an accessibility barrier.
20. NO GUARANTEE OF ERROR-FREE ACCESSIBILITY
MNDZCO seeks to improve accessibility and address reported barriers, but we do not represent or warrant that every website feature, document, service, event, third-party integration, or other resource will be completely free from accessibility barriers at every moment.
This provision does not limit any accessibility obligation or right that cannot lawfully be limited.
21. NO WAIVER OF ACCESSIBILITY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to waive or restrict any disability-related right, accommodation, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
Nothing in this Statement should be interpreted as requiring an individual to surrender a legal right in order to request accessibility assistance.
22. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER MNDZCO POLICIES
This Accessibility Statement should be read together with MNDZCO’s:
Additional event, consulting, service, or contractual terms may apply to particular interactions.
Privacy information voluntarily provided as part of an accommodation request will be handled in accordance with MNDZCO’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
23. CHANGES TO THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
MNDZCO may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect changes in our website, services, technologies, accessibility practices, standards, or applicable law.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest version.
